某低品位白钨矿浮选试验研究Experimental Study on the Flotation of a Low-grade Scheelite

摘要(Abstract):
研究针对某大型低品位白钨矿进行浮选试验研究。结合该矿位于钦杭成矿带江西中段徐山-桐源钨金矿化集中区,矿床类型为以石英细脉-网脉带型矿体为主,兼有云英岩化细脉浸染型矿体的复合型的特点,采用选矿工艺流程为:先脱硫后浮钨,浮钨采用两粗一扫四精选。研究表明,通过闭路试验得到的选矿指标为白钨精矿WO_3品位为66.48%,钨回收率为83.58%;硫精矿硫品位为46.04%,硫回收率为82.69%,试验研究选矿指标较好。为该矿的开发利用及地质勘查评价提供依据,同时也可为钦杭成矿带内同类型白钨矿的开发利用及地质勘查评价提供借鉴。
