矿山井下有毒有害气体远程监测分析系统的设计与实现Design and Realization of Remote Monitoring and Analysis System for Toxic and Hazardous Substances in Mines

摘要(Abstract):
针对地下钨矿山采掘作业中,使用炸药进行爆破,在通风条件不良、通风时间不够情况下,人体吸进一定量的有毒有害气体后,会引起不适甚至死亡的问题。研究通过对钨矿山井下爆破进行调查和需求分析,研发设计了一套矿山井下有毒有害物质远程监测与分析系统,并对系统进行了技术架构设计和软硬件功能设计,实际应用结果显示,该系统能够满足矿山企业的工作需求。本系统的成功应用使地下矿山作业人员可以掌握炮烟成分及浓度变化规律,使井下作业人员的安全得到了有效地保障,同时在一定程度上也提高了矿山企业的生产效率。
